    Talking absortion

    -what he should have told you is-your glute can absorb about 3ml and your quad and delt can absorb about 2ml-this is due to the size of the muscle-I found this out when my nurse at my doctor wouldnt give me a shot in my arm or leg-she said no this one has to go in the glute-I asked
    her why and this is what she was taught in school-

    actually she should have said the delt is only good for 1 ml. and i read now that glutes can take up to 4 ml. that is max though. but delt has always been 1 ml. vastus lateralis can take 2ml.

    It's not that higher amounts cannot be absorbed. But to much oil in a to small muscle might give you a lump. My quad can take 4ml without a problem and it's BS that 2ml of that is wasted that way.
