    if your hoping to grow taller then your out of luck because there isnt a drug in the world that can make that happen. if hgh is started before puberty and taking throughout then it CAN POSSIBLY help but your way to old for anything to have an effect

    ime a 24year old man ime not wanting to grow taller i mean i would like to be taller sure but i know thats not gonna happen no matter what.

    what i would like is thicker bones i am a big 6ft1 251 pound muscular man and i have thin bones thin wrists and i think thats why guys with much thicker wrists than me can lift heavier.

    ime only interested in power/strength not physique.

    -I know what you mean I have the same bone structure-lifting weights will make your bones more dense the more you lift them and over time so they can handle the heavy work load-

    -the only way I know to make your wrist bigger is to do like me-break it in 4 places and have metal,pins and screws put in it-
    -watch your lifting partners to see if they have a diferent technique than you-1very small change in technique increased my max bench 20-25lbs when I was in highschool-
    -or don't even worry about comparing how much you lift your technique could be better than thiers and that's why they can lift heavier-
    -but I'm stuck with chicken ankles and toothpick wrists but my ankles are what I think about for some reason more than my wrists-

    I think that steroids may increase the thickness, but not in terms of length as growth plates may be closed.
    Try some GH aswell
