Only one last year, just Havoc 30mgs day for 4 weeks.

I would personally keep it at 4 weeks.

possibly 5, if you feel good, and are seeing gains. The big gains usually come in week 3, and level in week 4.

But if your still seeing quality gains in week 4, and feel fine, take it to 5.
