Big, Please HELP
my diet is in check.. I eat 1 bowl of good whole grain wheaties every morning... then mom usually makes me 1 bologne sandwich and 1 PB and J, with just a few Lay's chips.. then I eat a good dinner that ma makes....
I can't grow... Do you think if I run a DBOL only cycle i might be able to get past hump and put on a few lbs????
btw, I do biceps every other day for 1 hr at a time, can't seem to break the barrier.
