weeks 1-12: test e @ 250mg to 500mg per week
weeks 1-10: deca @ 400mg-500mg per week

start pct around 2 weeks after last test e injection (week 14)...nolva and an AI at least

DO NOT run the nolva while you are on cycle because of the 19nor

thanks that makes sense and i also wouldnt want to take nolva during cycle because it can hinder IGF-1 so i have heard from people on this forum.
