Top round ( London Broil) ****
    Eye round steak***
    Buffalo*****

Eye round is the leanest ,but the toughest as well. Buffalo gets a 5 star rating, but it's pricey

    Pinnacle

I like ground sirloin. It's the easiest to drain all the fat out of it. I replace it with olive oil sometimes too. But rib eye is pretty damn good!

Those are fine if you run a keto type diet, or zone diet, but consuming high carbs, those two items you listed are no no's

Trimmed flank steak usually for me. I like to buy ribbeye if I'm treating myself and not sticking to my diet that day!

the flank i get has hardly any fat, but the skirt steak is another story.
