protein consumption 300g per day mostly through chicken, egg whites, fish, lean meat + 3 protein shakes(metrx whey)
taken sus deca & dianabol for 8 wks last 3 of the course i doubled up on sus n deca
plz if u have any advise on anything let me know im only doing here what ive been advised would be the best for me so ive been thinkin everythings good
