Oh, thats what i heard too. Cant really suggest then on how to take the 3-ad so id just stick with what the box says unless u want to do a google search and see how others are taking it. I dont know of anyone whos tried it yet since its still really new so i dont know bro. EIther way, i dont see a problem stacking it with h-drol and lipoflame.
