233.5! What tha!? Good job. Glad you got that deal on the food, that is awesome. Sounds, and looks from your pics that you're doing a nice job of cutting. I'm impressed because you also have nice size to go with it. Anyone can be cut. But not everyone can be big and cut, which is exactly what you're gonna be soulstealer. Shit, I even like your name LOL. Good luck!

Thanks for the encouragement bro I really do appreciate it.... well today is the first day of the last week I've decided to end it on saturday... I'll be changing my diet slightly to carb deplete 35g of carbs on thursday/friday/saturday and then saturday night my last meal will be carbs from fruit sunday morning first 2 meals will have fruit as carbs and switch to russet potatoes for the rest of day.. the whole tim increasing my fluid intake slightly from 2 gallons a day where it is now to close to 3 and sunday night around 5pm.. I'm going to stop drinking water... I'll be taking pics all day saturday through monday night... and see how I look if someone with some experience would care to comment on my carbup plan I would appreciate it...

Oh and PS... sodium/potassium balance will not be messed with it will be a constant.... all the research I've done up till this point has suggested keep a stable and high sodium balance would be ideal... as my sodium content has been consistently moderate I will sustain its current level...
