sweet pics. What is the time frame from pic1 to pic2? Those scales that measure bodyfat are usually off. Especially if you drink lots of water. I'd guess 7-9% bf.

5 months. Diet/200mgs cyp did it for me. Your advise here really helped me.

I have no idea now. My wife doesn't want me to get any bigger. 210 and leaner would be nice.

I love when they say..i dont want u to get any bigger u look great now. Then they see a guy 40lbs bigger and more ripped and say omg thats hot lol.

I think im around 10-12% i agree with everyone saying ur lower. no way 14.5
