I"m pretty sure you can, but i"m new so want to be sure. It's my understanding that this substance can be useful for older guys to loose a few lbs of fat and add a few lb's of quality lean muscle with low sides.

Sorry if it's a stupid quesiton but I don't want to start eating it and then find out it is supposed to be convereted somehow prior to ingestion.
