    i honestly never heard of anyone fridgerating them before they mixed them, but i took ur advice and threw them in...but still when u mix and its cloudy instead of clear on the blue's is it still potent? or are the peptides dead?

    If the kits have been sitting in a warm room for over 30 days, the quality has deteriorated.

    Ever see the DVD by Jay Cutler when he opens the fridge and has a jino kit sitting there? Think he put it there for convenience?

    where I had it, it wasnt warm it was in a dark shaded area

    Maybe you should have researched this? It is common knowledge to keep kits refrigerated.

    I did, it just says keep in well shaded cool area , not too hot until ready for reconstitution, I have been using them and I can see differencesin my leanness, so I dont know
