    I agree about the cardio. I would argue my diet isnt that bad.

    Remember, I am not in a comp. I am only competing with genetics & my own personal goals.

    What about a combo of Anavar & masteron...?
    Thats the differnce between people who get good results and great results. Or the people who are juicing and cant tell. Maybe a barely visiable 4 pack and a hard 6 pack, see where im going

    For sure...

    Thats why I didnt understand an answer like "AAS isnt for you, just diet & exercise".

    I dont have totally horrendous diet. I have lots of room to improve, but also feel I have a good base to build on.
