1 protien shake prolly 25 g of pro
Dinner
Hamburger patty dry
Potatoes no butter
Veggies
I cut out all beer and sodas. My goal on this cycle is to reproportion my muscle to BF. If I could get to a lean 190 I'd be happy. Fyi I weight 180 right now
You need more frequent meals more carbs in the form of vegetables and more healthy fats(salmon,almonds,ect)And definitely go hard on cardio Not to Flame but IMO you should have never started a cycle untill your diet was 100%.With that being said I always frontload long esters Marcus has a great thread on frontloading somewere hit the search and type In frontloading Should come up.
I agree on the diet not in check comment.. not arguing the point... My diet has never been terrible.... well not super terrible..
Hard cardio plan on it...

All this being said I will post my results with a photo every 2 weeks.... 37 feeling old .. not vibrant... statying a a certain weight ... and BF all the time... got tired of it.. Looked at pic of me in college playing baseball... different person... Will eating all of these calories get me a bigger gut that I have already...... >>>>???????
