Why limit yourself to 6 injection sites?

There're three delt heads after all.

...............'splain......i been taught you're only supposed to count it as one site or whatever....same thing with quads.....this would be beneficial info though cuz I ain't injecting delts near my show

    Who told you that?

The quads provide 3 injection spots: Vastus Medialis, Vastus Intermedius, and Vastus Lateralis.

    The Triceps provide two spots.

    The delts provide 3.

Add the gluteus maximus and the site of the ventrogluteal into the mix, and you have 20 easily accessible sites to rotate tru.

I never shoot pecs, bis, quads, or calves... but I'm not likely to run out of spots either.

    Exxxxactly.

You don't have to shoot the medial head each time Ruhl. Only thing I have noticed is I usually hit a vein trying to go for the front delt...

You can move all along your outer quad...3 delt heads...up your chest...etc.

Basically only area where you are limited is your glutes. Just watch the sciatic.....

    Why?

Why would you shoot quads/glutes and risk localized edema?

(this question is w/ specific reference to his 'near my show' comment)
