What kinda syringe are you using dude?

1) 5ml of anything is too much to shoot at once. It is a great way to get an abscess from what I hear.

2) Boil Water filter it before adding it to a syringe or you're going to be in serious trouble. Sterile water is absolutely necessary when doing an intramuscular injection bro.

3) I've heard of thick oil but it should shoot in most cases. What you need to do is take your time and shoot slooow. My last injection was a bit hurried and I think may have contributed to a very sore injection site - pushing harder on the syringe is just going to cause more problems so slow and steady wins the race! This ensures even dispersion at the site of injection.
