word i want to avoid orals as i'm already taking the dbol, still have a few drinks every other weekend or so.

how often can i hit my quads ? if ii'm doing eod ?
i prefer quads over anything else as my ass is a pain in the ass. ( unless i get one of my girls to do it )

and whats the ratio for the winny and tren ? 100mg per ml ?
