i hear that winny is not to burn fat its only used if u already have very low bf% is this true? does this mean you shouldnt take it to lose weight then until you reached a point where exercise and diet arent enuf to get rid of a few pounds?

im 6 foot 220 waist 36 dnt know all the measurements but my gut is all thats big im working on it and eating right just want to see some results thats all
