did chest 2day...awsome workout....i dont know if im just pushing myself harder or muscle memory is starting to come into affect but on flat bench i pushed 225 for 10 reps with no prob....trew on 275 and got that for 8 reps for 2 sets and then just for shits and giggles i put on 315 and hit that for 3 reps.....deffinitaly made me happy.....i think i might start off with 275 for now on.....and go for 3 or 4 sets of 8-10.....im thinking im also gonna change up my routine so i can focus more on my muscle groups and so i dont get rushed in the gym.....also, i started to feel the tren really kick yesterday....not all the way yet but the NO levels are starting to get up there....the pump was there but not as much as i remember im sure ill really be feeling it by the end of this week...and im gonna be posting some pics for the 2 week mark dont know what to expect but im sure there will be some change.
