just got back from the gym......had a great workout...so far all my workouts have been great this week since i changed up my split......it is deff more efficiant and on top of that it is new so more progress is deff on the way....it was back and bis today...i didnt do deads though....i was spent b4 i got to my bis so i decided to not do deads......im curious.... can i just do them a day on there own along with some cardio and abs or should i for sure throw them in on back day....and if i do should i do them before my bis or after....cause once i do my deads im shot.....i dont want no more after i get done.
