eating all the time keeps me very busy... I used to go out alot now the last year or so when I became really serious about lifting my time consumes of eating. The guy I work out with said it like this what you did yesterday will effect today when it comes to weight training.. pretty true....
i have ate like 2 or 3 meals a day the last 2 days, shitty lacking protien meals,, eeewww noodles
