I love how when someone asks a question everyone treats them like morons. Yeah, I wil give in that the diet is horrible and body fat is too high. and you want to bulk??? that really doesn't make sense. BUT you don't know, and don't have the experience, thats why you are here.

What i would suggest doing is a cycle to cut first. I think you will like the end result more. Then once you get your body fat down at LEAST to 12 percent, then try a lean bulking cycle, (ie eq and test, or just test 500 week).

Also, eq alone isn't a good choice. and i like eq! Its just not going to give you what you want. you may see how small gains in strength after two tothree months. take a test base instead if you are going to do AAS. my suggestion is to wait. drop some weight, get leaner, change your diet. and re evaluate six to nine months from now.
