Have been trainin g heavy for the past 5 months have seen some good gains in weight on the bar never benched or squated so much before, have a good training partner, thanks for all advice people, keep it coming, feel a new urge coming on, horrible to hit a sticking point an have no one to turn to for advice, think i have found the people an the place now,![]()
