    1 mcg Novegam ??

    OK so i bought Novegam, and it says 20 mcg, that's mcg and I need 10mgs/day.

    so 1 mg = 1000 mcg ...


    Am I getting something wrong?

    whats your ?

    you dont need 10mg. you can use anywhere from 80mcg to 120mcg depending on your tolerance.
