Yea, I frequent the delt/tri/bi/pec sites all the time.
I avoid the quads and glutes if I can cuz of the limping...I already read calf is a no-no...worse the glutes and quads in terms of limping and being unable to walk.
Looking at www.$p0t!nject!0n$.com and they illustrate traps and lats as places I would like to try. But on the other hand, this guy in the pics has LATS that look like CANCEROUS TUMORS or something!! Like WHOA...almost look like they can be BAT WINGS!! The pics of his TRAPS are pretty impressive as well.
