29 / 88kgs / 17%bf / 2cycles in past

i have 2 diff props and 2 diff masts. prop at 150mg/ml and at 50mg/ml, mast at 250mg/ml and at 50mg/ml. so doing ed shots i could do prop at 50 or 75 and mast at 50 or 125. bearing in mind that i m not a BB what dose would you reccomend?
