    I dont see this much but when i was in NYC, NJ and the tri state everywhere i couldnt get away from it.....

    that style is mainly a staten island Queens thing. Kids in jersey are i guess wannabe's im sure i will stir something up with that comment but i know these types of kids, they all look the same. But on staten island in new york this is the trend for the most part among the italian's and albo's
