go to wal-mart and get some lipo-6....pretty cheap and you can start today. if you already have a solid diet and training in place then this should help you come even closer to your goal.

I wasn't aware they sold it at Walmart, will have to check that out. And yes my diet is on point, just started carb cycling. Thanks for the info I hope this will push me over my plateau.
