good hrt dosage starts at 200, but i have seen them as high as 500 mg ew. I am on 300mg and loving it with my deca (was running 200 but going to 250 for more joint relief). Don't know how much your Dr knows about HRT. But if he is specifically HRT doc then you may want to get on Deca to help the joints and provide some more anabolism.
