The general consensus is that steroids will not burn fat. Not Var, not winny, not anything. however they can tighten you up and make you rock hard which (if your bodyfat is low enough) can appear as if you have lost fat. My advice would be to throw in some clen whilst on cycle. The var should keep you in a positive nitrogen balance and prevent any muscle loss. Also get going with the cardio 1st thing on a morning with an empty stomach and drink plenty of water. Oh and of course the most important thing.... have a good clean diet
