I may incorporate them in a see how I feel and what difference it makes. Thanks for all the input.
I agree that it is best to do them on back days.

Bro, if you don't even do them then how are you 'qualified' to give an opinion on way or another?!?! You can't see how they are just about a full body exercise (that's why they're a COMPOUND lift)?!?!
A lot of your post are like this...if you don't know the answer or are not informed then just read other's informed answers. Seriously...some people here are new to the sport and your uninformed answers cloud others informative answers.
It's okay not to know but is not okay to just give uninformed opinions. I don't know close to what some of these guys know about cycles or PCT...check my posts...you don't see me posting over there unless I have a question. I keep to what I know well...
Sorry I hijacked it just chaps me a bit...this guy has a serious question and we've got Joey Real World saying why bother with Deadlifts? Come on...

I have done deadlifts before and I know what they feel like and I felt them in my back if I do the stiff leg deadlifts. I have also done dead lifts for the legs. I know the primarily target the BACK. So, I am just as qualified to answer the question as you are.
Just because I don't like to do them, doesn't mean I can't answer a simple question. That was a very simple question. I know better than to do them on shoulder days, which it targets the shoulders little to NONE. Plus he ould be overworking the back if he did back the day before and then turned around and did deads the next day or vice versa.
What the hell does Joey the Real world have to do with answering this question. It was in the AR forum, which I can talk about whatever the HE** I want to in there. I'm about to post a question on "dog breeding". Does that mean that I can't answer a question on "Dieting", of course NOT!
So take your chaps and keep them to yourself!
I don't answer as questions either, but I do know how to mix up some gear, so I have ansswered that. If I don't think that I know enough about I read it, take it in and move on. But if I do, I will comment and its up to the board to prove me wrong or voice another opinon. That's why ITS MY OPINON.
I don't want to argue with you but read what you wrote. You don't do deadlifts because you don't see the significance. Obviously you don't understand the mechanics of the lift or your form is terrible. Either one disqualifies you from giving an informative answer/opinion.
Your comment about deads targeting the shoulders further illustrates your lack of insight on this topic. Just because you have an opinion doesn't mean others want to hear it. Real knowledge? By all means share...
