Why are you only taking it 4 days a week?
That would depend on this guys goals and stats, maybe he has no muscle to loose or doesnt care...
If your diet were in check you could easily loose 3 lbs in 3 weeks without anything.
Also look into your training routine, whats your BF% and how many time a week are you training? Are you doing any cardio ? These are all things that will make a big difference
You could always drop the ECA, clean up your diet, do cardio on empty stomach at 6:30am 3-4 times a week then your normal workout at 4:30 pm and if that doesnt work...
