I wish i could give an update but took some vacation time all of last week, really stressed with work and needed it.

Got back last night and already back at the gym, i love it.

Ill have some progress shots on Aug 1st, and dont think anything before that will be dramatic enough.

Only concern was that while out on vacation i broke out with a really bad rash on my abdominal, and forearm area. Itchy as hell, but looks like its going away now. Its crazy cause im not alergic to anything. Hope its not the Fina doing that.

Ill have something up in 3 weeks time.
