    Yes, there is an initial bloat but your body (or at least mine does) adjust fairly quickly. I have found it way more effective for getting a really dry look than any kind of carb manipulation. I also prefer it to carb depleting/loading as the chance of spilling over is decreased also. Water intake is always high, usually around the 2 gallons a day mark.

    Nice man, thanks! I think I might actually give this a try. So how do you intentionally take in more sodium w/o taking in junky calories, just use salt???, lol....Im so use to doing the opposite.

    id like to know also.

    i use sea salt with iodine, but i dont go crazy with it. i think its hard to get a lot of sodium if you cook your own food.
