Yeah I need more chest, I'm kinda limited as far as what I can do because of a shoulder injury, I'm having surgery to repair it so hopefully in time I'll be able to hit up more chest routines. Thanks. My back is about the same, maybe more definition. I really should have posted a better variety of pics. Maybe I will upload better ones, these are pretty poor quality using my phone cam.
