You know i'll hit you up, just been working on my proposal all day and night. I talked to Emilio for a few last night and that was the first break I had in a long time. PLUS I am gonna start my cycle today and my shoulder still hurts... I'm freakin shrinking and its pissing me off. PLUS I went to the gym yesterday and there were a bunch of teenage high school students there and they were taking up the whole dumb bell area. I lost it and yelled at them and told them to learn some Gym etiquette.. Little punks I swear... and of course one of them asked me for gear......LOL, not to mention a certain memember of this forum who emails me all the time begging for a source. Might turn his ass in to Big or Leggo

my boss owns the computer store i work in.

he USED TO co-own another store in the next city over. but the other guy "bought him out"....

after a few years of payments, the guy stopped paying and owed my boss around $350-400k....

so recently, my boss took over that store as full owner in payment of the 400k owed.

but.

this is where it gets funny......

the guy who did own it, ordered about $60,000+ in parts from suppliers, but kept them for himself. and my boss absorbed that debt. (which my boss didnt know about until now)

then, he didnt pay the tax and government for YEARS. so my boss now owes that debt.

approx $250,000 in back taxes. if not more.

THEN

the guy who owns the plaza where the store is approached the old owner JUST before the take over and said "i want to break lease, as i have the drug store next door wanting to expand".

so he payed $75,000 to the old owner of the store to leave in 3 months....but he didnt tell my boss that when taking over the store.

so now my boss JUST took it over, did renovations, new carpet, stocked the store with product..and now has 30 days to leave :P

long story..hope it makes sence.,..butmy boss is effed.
