Can paresthesia (pins and needles) be caused by AAS use?

Well at least its good to know that its not just me. Any idea what exactly causes it? I actually sometimes get it in the foot of the leg Im doing a quad shot on while doing the shot. When I pull the pin out I instantly get the feeling, very strange.

pins and needles on injection???? IDK.. I would think becuase of something you hit like, nerve or maybe you are tensing your muscle becuase of being nervous and constricting blood flow.

But pins and needles at night seem to be very common, unfortunately.
