I'm interested in hearing stories of people who used Waxy Maize and their general thoughts of it for Post Work Out. I'm a lean 6'1 200 lbs at 4% I get kinda flat and look to use maybe 30-40 grams of this PW. I've read alot about it and have been told i may gain a few lbs because it takes the subcontanious water under the skin and shuttles into the muscles creating a fuller yet leaner look with out adding fat...just what I have heard but am very interested in hearing about yoru experiences.
