No sarcasm here. I am a frat boy, been one for two years. I squat twice a week, and deadlift once a week. Every frat boy that I've trained with is just as serious as I am. If you're going to stereotype, then I guess I can stereotype steroid users to as criminals on the edge that will eventually die from cancer, or heart disease, and they'll all eventually kill their families and from roid rage. But twe all know that's not true.
I'm sure such a species of frat boys that do actually lift seriously and do legs does exist, but as I said above, I've never SEEN it. Ive worked out in a college gym for the last 9 years. (It's open to the public). Typically for my gym, the frat boys in there lift in their fraternity hoddie, with their hair gelled into a nice blowout, and they 2-way on their nextels or bullshit with their boys and look at the girls the whole time. The gym is packed on mondays where everyone congregates around the bench presses and dumbell racks, and on fridays when everyone does biceps to get a pump before they go out to the bar/clubs that night.
(Again, I'm sure its not like this everywhere, but thats how it is in my area.)
OMG do you go to my gym? well my former gym, dunno that i'm going back at the beginning of this semester because of that bullshit......i'm tired of dreading having to train chest on mondays when it comes up.......course all those lil punks just get out of the way anyway but still...
