    1 Bowl Of Post Great Grains Cereal
    4 Whole Eggs With Bell Peppers
    2 Pieces Of Whole Wheat Toast
    1 Piece Of Fruit


    10.15am Work Break.

    1 Tuna Sandwich With Whole Wheat Bread
    6 Oz Of Plain Yogurt With Fruit
    Handful Of Nuts

    12.00pm Lunch
    1 Chicken Breast
    6 0zFettucini Pasta
    Broccoli


    4.00pm Post Gym
    Bowl Of Post Great Grains.
    Tuna Sandwich
    Fruit

    6.00pm After Workout
    1000 Calorie Weight Gainer Shake

    7.00pm Dinner

    2 Tilapia Filets
    2 Servings Of Brown Rice
    2 Servings Of Black Beans

    9.00pm
    40gm Protein Shake.

    Im On Such A Tight Schedule With My Job,Workingout, And Studying. It's Would Be Fun But I Can't Stuff My Face Every Minute Of The Day. But I Dont Think Im Doing To Bad?

    Lotsa carbs in that diet. 1 chicken breast, and 1 tuna sandwich for single meals doesn't sound like enough as far as protien content. If you're using 1 can of tuna to make a sandwich that's around 20g of protien. You need to eat more and give it some more time. Do you do heavy squats?

    Hmm I Thought That I Was Getting Enough Protein. Isn't 1gm Of Protein Per Pound Of Body Weight Sufficient For Muscle Growth? Also I Find If I Don't Eat Alot Of Carbs Im Always Hungry. And For Sqauts I Currently Lift 180lbs.
