Im On Such A Tight Schedule With My Job,Workingout, And Studying. It's Would Be Fun But I Can't Stuff My Face Every Minute Of The Day. But I Dont Think Im Doing To Bad?![]()
Lotsa carbs in that diet. 1 chicken breast, and 1 tuna sandwich for single meals doesn't sound like enough as far as protien content. If you're using 1 can of tuna to make a sandwich that's around 20g of protien. You need to eat more and give it some more time. Do you do heavy squats?
