test does NOT have to be run for 10 weeks. My runs are 6-8weeks long and my gains are great. Ive never had problems recovering and Ive been running cycles for 5 years.

test d, test e, sust whatever. comes down to how quick you respond and how quick your gains plateu. I react quick and see my gains start to taper around week 6.

Thank you guys. I really appreciate the helpful advice. I'll ditch the lethro and go with the afore mentioned pct. Do you think I should run 400 or 500 of test e?

Also, what's your opinion on HCG after cycle?

I ran 250mg/week on my first run. good results. If youre going to run the d Id say stick to 400mg/week for 8 weeks

go for 500mg imo
250mg 2x a week monday/thursday or tuesday/friday etc...

hcg is great
i do 500iu e3d starting 2 weeks before pct, used 4 weeks total. its really something extra thats great you dont need it but if you got the cash then its a great tool

letro is great to fight side effects on cycle, keep it around for that
