Well, I'm hardly God and not psychic - was just guessing at the reason for tiredness. Hope you're feeling a lot better energy level now.
How is your sleep? Mine gets sorta disrupted if I don't w/o for several days.
Anavar w/no weights for a month?? How is it gonna work if there isn't muscle stimulation from lifting? Do you lift heavy things (repeatedly) on the job? (I had a job in a factory that involved lifting - I think I woulda terrorized my coworkers if I had been taking anavar LOL).

Sorry - thought U had been running it longer. Have you done a cycle before is this your first? (I've never done it).
Didn't mean 2 offend -
Glad to hear you feel better. There are supplements available that have similar effects on brain chemistry as some anti-depressants. Look for a good shop that knows their stuff not a gnc or some place like that. Look up now brand sups online their stuff is organic good stuff. Se if they have anything for mood. Maybe get a puppy or give someone a hug.
Remember that depression is an illness you can’t just turn it off by saying I am not depressed. However, there are ways to control cognitive function. So you can in some ways provide a form of self therapy.
Guys!
Here's my guess about what's going on:
1. Hotpink has been cutting for the last few months and has reduced her activity level, along with calories that are probably below-maintenance. She's been cutting for maybe 2 or 3 months already...?
2. Hotpink has been out of the gym for an entire month. Not good... If ya absolutely can't make it to the gym, at least do outdoor cardio, but PLEASE don't let more than two weeks go by between weight sessions. You will find out why when you go back - your former weights will be SO HEAVY. I found that out after two weeks out of the gym - I don't want to know what happens after a month...
2. Except for the clen, I don't think that hotpink is actually _running_ a cycle. My guess is that what started today or yesterday is her girly cycle. There's a big peak of estrogen right before that starts and this can make gals feel cranky, lethargic etc. Then, once the monthly girl thing is happening, progesterone increases, estrogen gets back under control, and the bloating and lethargy decrease.
Here's my advice for hotpink:
First, go enjoy a couple of big, solid restaurant meals that are reasonably healthy but are a lot more than what you've _been_ eating the last couple of months. Maybe try an Indian, Chinese or Mexican restaurant and get a dish with meat and veggies in it - just go easy on the white rice or flour tortillas. Try basmati rice or corn tortillas instead.
After this cheat day, resume eating at maintenance (rather than below). Plan on doing another cut a little later...now might just not be the time for it.
Some people say that it is unwise to cut for more than a month or so at a time.
Get back on a _regular_ w/o schedule. You WILL be sore the first time or two, and you will be disappointed in your lifts after such a long break.
However, if you are eating clean, and are eating at maintenance, you can build the weights/reps back up pretty quickly.
And, consider tapering off the clen.
Do you have adequate protein, good fat (fish, nuts, olive oil), and slow-digesting carb (brown rice, oats, fruits/veggies, sweet potato) intake?
Are you taking multivitamins?
If you still don't feel better after maybe 4 days, perhaps see an urgent care clinic.
Hotpink, was my guess correct that you've been cutting bf this summer for a WHILE and that you are NOT running an AAS cycle but are just having the monthly thing?
I hope you're feeling better! I'll bet you'll be sore after your w/o!
Well you're pretty much a God. But I haven't been cutting this whole summer at all. And the month I was out of the gym, I was still pretty active. Working M-F for 6-8 hours a day, constantly on my feet and moving. My diet is great and yes I take vitamins. You were also right about the weights, ahhh I'm so weak!
