ive had torn muscles
i was puttin up 295 on bench before i tore every ligament in my shoulder my senior year, i had to start way over
plus 2 of them were cuttin cycles for wrestling, not really steriods, mostly winni and clenbuterol
i also tore my bicep my junior year before startin nething and iw as puttin up 250
i have had those 2 major injuries plus a dislocated knee my junior year in wrestling...
i am usin these cy cles to get back on my feet
