I wouldn't worry about it. Once you get your degree, it's not going to say "Harvard Online University" or "UW E-versity" (as examples). When you get a degree from a reputable school, it is the same degree you would get if you physically attended classes on campus.

Exactly. No distinction is made on either the transcript or the diploma. Online learning is very mainstream now.
