sick of *****s at my gym who take lots of gear but wont eat to help their case. Im talking seriously 2-3meals a day, and not even good ones. Chips, cereal. So they ask me what they should do with their next cycle as they arent getting gains and keeping them. I suggest the 'actually eating food' option.
