what happens when your package of roids gets seized?

I have gotten a seizure letter and had supplier resend to same address.
I got the second shipment so I am not sure the red flag works that well.

but why chance it? most sources are smart enough not to resend to the same address because a second package stopped to the same address can mean a controlled delivery or at least a stop from a postal inspector
