Before i started cycling i had a period of what sounds like similar forearm pain. Dr diagnosed tendonitis and prescribed anti-inflammatories. Got so bad i had to lay off workouts for a couple months. It took maybe 4-5 months to fully recover. Has not reocurred since.

On the forearm tingling/numbness, ever since i did my first cycle my forearms very often "go to sleep". Not only when i am sleeping, but when reading, at the computer etc. Never had this until i started cycling.
sounds like the same as me. It started after my last cycle. It was my first cycle with tren and this problem started as soon as that cycle ended. I do believe the two are related as I can be on the computer or reading and the tingling begins I can straighten my arm and I feel the pain and the tingling go away at the same time. what happens is the pain of straightening the arm makes the tingling go away. Thanks for the response. BTW just out of curiosity, what did the Dr. prescribe?
