for one bump up some carbs in the morning keep your granola bar for a snack later on. get some oats and eggs in the morning. Your need to have 6 to seven meals throughout the day not just the three. buffet/fast food

, if you want your fast food wait till immediately after your workout and get a grilled chicked on white bread from mcdonalds and a small ice cream cone for some quick carbs. grilled chicken, tuna, atlantic samon, some 1oz sirloin, cottage cheese before bed...etc. these all need to be in your menu. You start eatin like 85% of the people on this site do- i guarantee you hit 180 without any gear what so ever!
