that's the thing. My question was about deca, sust, dbol. I know the sides, but not real sure on the effects of mixing the 3 and whether this was an "extremely" bad idea for a beginner without taking into account the natural gain capabilities. I wanted personal opinions on these 3 in paticular, for instance 189 hates sust. That's good to know, but why does he, maybe his or someone's reasoning can stray me from that one and give me a better alternative.?

Like most newbies I'm sure, i want the OMFG factor from others. I'm tired of being this size and I know I won't be satisfied naturally. I want MASSIVE mass. Not no pro bber size, but massive for my frame.
You must understand that steroids will NOT solidify your gains because once you come off its back to your little self again. If your saying you want massive mass you need to be able to gain naturally or be forced to rely on a drug that may not always be available for you in the future. Take heed on these guys advice, they know what they are talking about. I have a friend that was at 140lb at 5'9' and after I corrected his diet and training regiment he now sits at 180lb WITHOUT drugs. It will take time but if your unwilling to put time in this you should not be using steroids in the first place. I'd personally suggest diet/train for a year or so and then get back to us on cycle suggestions. Thats my suggestion

so a typical day's meals is say:
    breakfast:
    nada or granola bar, lol

    lunch:

    buffet or fast food

    dinner:
    restraunt, whatever

I always try to keep the protein up, chicken/turkey/tuna, etc.
Wow man, i dont think i would be able to function eating that little in one day. for one bump up some carbs in the morning keep your granola bar for a snack later on. get some oats and eggs in the morning. Your need to have 6 to seven meals throughout the day not just the three. buffet/fast food , if you want your fast food wait till immediately after your workout and get a grilled chicked on white bread from mcdonalds and a small ice cream cone for some quick carbs. grilled chicken, tuna, atlantic samon, some 1oz sirloin, cottage cheese before bed...etc. these all need to be in your menu. If you want send me a private message and i'll give you a sample diet of mine for a day cause i've already taken up a shit load of space. You start eatin like 85% of the people on this site do- i guarantee you hit 180 without any gear what so ever!

    sending pm.

I work on the road, away from home. My diet lacks PARTIALLY because of this, 10+ hours a day at work and a very busy hectic work routine, so I haven't had much time in the day to even take a piss. And it makes it harder moving around so much from one side of the U.S. to the other so often to keep well stocked and planned. A lot of times there is no option other than eating out whether it's fast food or a healthy restraunt. But I know this is no excuse just trying to further my self here. Thanks.

You need 25 post for the both of you to PM. Go to the diet thread. The best way to get this done is to learn it for yourself. Somethings that may work for him may not work for you. But the diet thread is a safe bet, they really should charge people for such good info those guys give.

sorry bro my profile is still messed up, AND SORRY FOR POSTING THIS IN THIS THREAD INSTEAD OF DIET/NUTRITION i just joined this site as a recom. from one of my friends from another site so i haven't been completely updated yet. I understand its hard to keep a good diet when your busy all the time. I graduated from college a couple months ago and along with full time school and full time work i never had time to sit and eat. When i would get home at night i would make my meals that needed cooking the nights before. i'll give you a sample on here - i'm not a dietician so some guys may want to attack my diet which is fine, opinions are welcome but here ya go:
Breakfast: 5 egg whites, 1 whole egg, 1c cooked oatmeal

morning snack (10am ish): 1 can tuna on 2 slices of whole wheat or whey protein shake and banana

Lunch: Large Chicken breast (cook night before) w/ cup of cooked mixed vegetables, I'll add a sweet potatoe for good fiber from time to time but when your pressed for time thats kinda hard to do alot

midday snack: anything with good protein cottage cheese and pineapple/ protein shake and banana or apple or grapes ...etc.

preworkout: 2 scoops whey protein and fruit

postworkout: 2 scoops whey protein and fruit, peanut butter and jelly on white (white bread for quick carbs)

Dinner: Top sirloin steak (any trim meat will do such as fish or fillet as well), sweet potatoe and cup of mixed vegetables

Bedtime snack: 1 cup cottage cheese and fruit if you want

eating like this is time consuming and expensive but the gains are well worth it. This is a medium level calorie day at only about 3,400 kcal. protein is about 350ish so this would be perfect for you since your only 140lbs and should get 2 - 2.5 g protein per lb of body wt. also don't drink your calories!!!! water water water! i modify my diet from day to day because i find it too hard and boring to follow an extremely strict diet but i try to keep it as close to perfect as i can. If you find it too hard allow yourself a cheat day but don't go crazy and remember moderation! I've taken up too much of this page so if you have any questions i've subscribed to this thread to just let me know

mostly I"m in one spot for 6 months or so. I can work out at my "home" away from home and cook and take with me during the day.

I won't travel with it, other than absolutely neccessary.

  12. #52
I won't have any problem following the diet or needing a cheat day. My only problem would be making sure I ate enough. Seriously I hardly have time to piss until lunch. But I can work around that if I try hard enough. But by the time I get "home" I'm not much into cooking a whole lot, but as far as the fruit, tuna, chicken sandwhiches, eggs, etc. that would be easy and getting a good meal in the evenings wouldn't be hard, just getting a "meal" or "meals" prepared for the next day and eaten would be the harder one.

Dairy, especially eggs tend to make me sick, but mostly just in the mornings, weird but true. One question I do have............when anyone says egg whites, or whole egg, how is it prepared or does it matter? boiled, raw, cooked?

I'm still leaning to trying the gear as well though. I want to give it a shot at least. Obviously with a proper diet and excercise.

Hard boiled, or if you get a fire up your ass and dont feel like cooking do um raw! if you've never done it before prepare to gag the entire time and beware the salmonilla. And like i said if you cant follow perfectly just try your best - can't help havin a busy ass lifestyle. Go to a gas station and buy a gallon water jug and make sure to finish that sucker every day. The first week you do it your gonna want to piss every 10 minutes so make sure when you start this its one of your off weeks or you'll be making horrible time on your trips haha. good luck again man - work your ass off and you'll get there. As for the gear - If your set on using gear your gonna use it no matter what anyone on here says. My first cycle i used Dbol and loved it - also i would suggest a lite test like a 250. Read up and do your research and listen to the info you get from everyone on the site. Have you ever tried/thought about tryin a PH?

Well if you don't eat whats on your diet plan you wouldn't be considered as following it. Trust me it will be will worth the wait. Your goals of bench and weight are obtainable without the use of any drugs.

And do NOT do them raw. The protein is no where near as bio-available (how do explain these things to a newbie, ) as they are boiled or cooked. Its around 51% raw and 91 % or more cooked. Meaning your body will absorb more of the protein when cooked and the protein won't be wasted

haha raw was more or less a joke ( i was tryin to save him time ha), whether more or less protein i've came too close to throwing up tryin to choke them down. i've done it, it's good protein if you dont have the time - if you do definitely boil them.

Well its a waste of money and food IMO if you do. If you eat 10 raw your body will only absorb 5 of them. Why waste over half of a highly essential part of a person's diet. Especially if you use *****-3 eggs

driving for a living does not mean you cannot eat well. you just have to be prepared. you cannot wait untill 11:59 to realize you need to eat lunch. plan ahead. I cook (2) 3 lb bags of chicken and a box of rice. get a cooler and then pack enough lunches for a meal every 2 hours.

The only fruits i ever use are bananas for K that i mix with my protein shake before my workout and i put grapes or pineapple for fiber with my cottage cheese. Gotta have the bananas cause i get bad cramps and try to get as much K as possible, between bananas and tomatoes it seems to help.

If you hop on AAS at your size with your diet, you will lose it bro. We're all just trying to help, telling you you're not ready. At your size it would not be hard to gain 20+ lbs in a year. If you're going to use then you're going to. Test only first cycle so you know how your body will react.

Again, I urge you to get your diet on track. Its not a quick fix. You cant get your diet right for a month till you see results then go back to eating 2-3 times a day. Its not your metabolism its your lifestyle.

Good luck to whatever you end up doing.

So by a member of the military and a brother of mine, here is what's been suggested to me.
(I'm 28, 140 and about 5'9", I've always been small and I could eat a horse literally. In the past I haven't had much problem gaining 20 pounds while working out and eating right, approx 2500-3000 calories a day. I've never been over 150. I would like to reach 160-180 pounds.)

    8 week cycle

    Dina-Bol
    Sustanon(sp?)
    Deca shots:
one a week for week 1 and 2
    two a week for weeks 3 -7
    and one the last week

    take a break

I haven't been working out lately, but have started and once I get into something I get heavily into it, meaning I'll be doing heavy excercise including cardio, and proper nutrition, etc.

My question is, to you pros, does this seem ridiculous? My heart is set and it's gonna be hard to change my mind. I have accepted the sides and what not. I'm just ready to see results
according to this your maintenance calories are about 2200. to bulk I would recommend about 2700 and a 40/40/20 split.
    40% of 2700 = 1080 cals from protien
1080/4 = 270 grams of protien and carbs
    20% of 2700 = 540 cals from fat
    540/9 = 60 grams of fat
divide this evenly into 6 to eight meals. find out how big portion sizes must be. pick carbs that score less than 55 on the glycemic index. no fruit or crap like that. post a diet that makes sense and you will get better responses

How many days are you gonna be able to get in the gym/run during the week with your busy schedule? If your only gonna be able to go 2 or 3 times a week it's gonna be a waste to buy gear man. And you said your impatient so if you do end up running a low test like 250 your not gonna see the gains for a while and you can't get discouraged and give up.

as stated, if I say your diet is to blame for your size, it is not a valid argument for you to say that it's not your diet it's your metabolism. Your metabolism must be taken into account when constructing your diet. If you plan to take your car on a long trip, put 5 gallons of gas in the car, then run out, is it your fault for not putting enough fuel in, or your car's fault for burning too much fuel? Your body is a machine and you must adequately fuel your machine to provide growth.

I have not lifted weights or eaten properly in sometime. I know my diet is out of whack. I know how to get it on track, I just haven't done it. Within the past week, I've had thought heavily on my figure and told myself it's time to start eating right and working out. My current "diet" is by no means what it should be, so don't think that I think I've been eating ok, I know my intake is horribly low, but I'm changing that as we speak.

I can work out even on the road, no prob. Biggest prob of being on the road is the diet, but It's doable. I have every night to work out. It's just from 6 am till 6 or 7 pm, I'm loaded no time to spare.

Back on the previous subject of AAS,

    Deca:
    week 1 = 1ml
    weeks 3-7 = 2ml
    week 8 = 1ml

    Dbol 3 a day for 8 weeks

    Sust
1 bottle for first 2 weeks
    2 for weeks 3-7
    1 for week 8
