    Of course training legs will help you reach your goals.........I look at it this way, if you want to have a big upper body, you must have a big lower body to carry it........why would you want some toothpicks for legs......Squat brotha....

    Haha your right... ill add in 3x8 squats into that same workout.

    I think I have a pretty basic goal though. I simply want a healthy looking body with an extra 15lbs. I wouldnt mind a little chubbyness mixed with a little muscle.
